The store will go in at a site that's currently vacant. Pizza chain Domino’s plans to open a new location in Tower Grove South. The new store will be at 3108 S. Kingshighway Blvd., which is currently vacant. A spokesperson for Ann Arbor, Michigan-based Domino’s said the new store’s franchisee is Mark Ratterman, who owns dozens of Domino’s locations in the St. Louis region. Domino’s didn’t provide a timeline for the new store’s opening in Tower Grove South.
