Small Fry is exactly that; he’s a pint-sized love bug who makes his humans feel warm inside like a comforting helping of fries. He is known for his cuddling and happy personality. Like most dogs, he just wants to spread happiness to everyone he meets. Ms. Schirado spoke at length about how over-crowded the shelter is getting to be.

Cruz the puppy was one of those puppies that looked like he was pulled out of the Friday the 13th movies. Emaciated, scared, and suffering from wounds both seen and unseen, the people at the Rescue came together to give him the tender loving care he needed. Now he’s gaining weight, growing back his fur, and learning to trust and love humans again.
