MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - After a picture perfect weekend, the days of dry and sunny weather will continue into the work and school week. Highs will be in the 70s and 80s each day with overnight lows in the 40s and 50s. While we are mainly dry this week, a quick sprinkle will be possible overnight as a cold front sweeps across the region. Out-the-door this morning temperatures are in the 50s under a fair sky and light winds. By this afternoon, expect plenty of sunshine.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) -The overnight rain and storms have diminished and Friday will feature a mix of sun and clouds along with gusting winds. While most will remain dry today, one or two spotty showers will be possible this afternoon and early evening. The weekend will be dry yet cool! Overall, pleasant weather is expected Saturday and Sunday, great news for any outdoor plans. Out-the-door this morning we are seeing a partly to mostly cloudy sky. Pockets of patchy fog along with light winds.

MONTGOMERY, Ala. (WSFA) - Temperatures rise today ahead of a front that brings a few rain and storms to the region late tonight into the early morning hours Friday. A leftover spotty shower will be possible Friday afternoon. Meanwhile, the weekend is looking picture perfect! With highs in the 60s and 70s both Saturday and Sunday, all under a mainly clear and sunny sky. Out-the-door this morning expect mostly clear and cool conditions. Temperatures are in the 40s with pockets of fog possible.

The big story will be the temperatures in the near term, with below normal highs and lows continuing Wednesday and expected this weekend. Plus a First Alert for the next rain chance that arrives late Thursday night into Friday morning. Out-the-door this morning are mostly clear and chilly conditions. Temperatures are in the 30s and 40s. Winds are light to calm. Patchy frost is possible in spots.
