Now, the Union Market location is transforming into Harvey's By Soko, under new ownership from the Soko Butcher team. Expect a similar selection of quality meats—pork chops, lamb, chicken—and sandwiches loaded with meat and all the fixings on French rolls. We haven’t been here yet, but want you to know this spot exists.
