A guide through the most important stories of the morning, delivered Monday, Wednesday, and Friday. I sensed my editor wanted an inspiring feature about a local woman making it big, offering fresh counterprogramming to the grim world in which we live. An update I wrote on the unusual story of high school imposter Shelby Hewitt

From @GlobeMagazine: Why did 32-year-old Shelby Hewitt pretend to be a troubled teen? For a start, she told friends, internal turmoil, a quest for healing, and psychics. https://t.co/PesdVs6mrC

My magazine editor suggested I check out this unconventional heiress at Harvard. Turned into a fascinating deep dive about the status of women in the 1940s - and crime-scene investigation. https://t.co/aP0871GIEk

A new twist in the unusual saga of a 32-year-old Boston high school imposter - this one about therapist Rebecca Bernat and what she may have already known about Shelby Hewitt's real age and name

What did therapist Rebecca Bernat know about the 32-year-old who impersonated a teen student in Boston schools? https://t.co/TycJsC5Yg0
