Fire crews responded to a home on Long Island early Monday morning for a roaring fire that appeared to consume the entire structure on a quiet neighborhood street. Photo captured on social media showed large flames and thick black smoke rising high above the home in Medford, which police in Suffolk County said started around 7:15 a.m.Neighbors said the homeowner appeared to be missing, but law enforcement could not immediately confirm the whereabouts of any person inside.
