+ Top 100 RP rankings for Saves + Holds leagues in 2024. Porter Hodge, Grant Holman, Raisel Iglesias, Tyler Kinley, Jared Koenig, Chris Martin, Joel Payamps, Evan Phillips, and Drew Smyly all had three SV+HLDs this past week. Holman is an intriguing fastball/changeup relief prospect in the A’s organization. Despite the tough season, Kinley has pitched much better as of late, but he still has Coors to deal with. Smyly isn’t consistent or good enough to crack the top 100 yet.

+ Ranking baseball's top setup options for the 2024 season. The Padres entered last week with a bullpen that certainly needed a boost at the deadline, and not only did they add the best reliever available in Tanner Scott, but they also were able to get Jason Adam, quite possibly the second-best reliever traded in the past week.

+ Top 100 RP rankings for Saves + Holds leagues in 2024. David Robertson, Bryan Abreu, Jorge Alcala, John Brebbia, Emmanuel Clase, Fernando Cruz, Jason Foley, Josh Hader, Jeff Hoffman, Dedniel Núñez and Kirby Yates all had three SV+HLDs this past week with Robertson racking up four holds. Robertson may be having the best season of his career at age 37 and should net the Rangers a good return this deadline (Yates as well).

Kevin Ginkel and A.J. Puk have somewhat quietly turned things around over the past couple of months, with each one being in great position to help fantasy managers in the second half. Over their past 21 IP, each has 5 holds, while Ginkel has a strong 26.9% K-BB rate and 2.26 SIERA. Puk has been great himself with a 25.6% K-BB rate, and 2.45 SIERA (plus a 31% CSW and 123 Stuff+). Both have closing experience, and could be called upon to close out games in the coming weeks as well.
