Two randomized, double-blind, single-ascending-dose, phase 1 studies were conducted concurrently in China (Study CHN; NCT04973189) and Australia (Study AUS; NCT04745104). Study CHN consisted of two parts, with Part 1 involving healthy young subjects aged 18–45 years and Part 2 involving healthy elderly subjects aged 55–80 years.
