    Savannah Stephens, like so many, was separated from her family and friends in 2020. She found herself looking for ways to tangibly connect. Stephens started writing letters and sending cards because she found it brightened people’s days to receive snail mail other than bills. But, she quickly noticed that it was hard to find greeting cards that spoke to the time she was living in and her culture. This led her to found Kindred Paper, a stationery business designed in and celebrating Atlanta.

    Good American is a Kardashian-founded denim brand. Its new Atlanta store is its first east of the Rockies. Good American, the size-inclusive denim brand founded by Khloé Kardashian and Emma Grede, opened its doors at Lenox Square on March 28. It is the company’s first store east of the Rocky Mountains and fourth overall. The first three can be found in Los Angeles; Las Vegas; and Newport Beach, California.

    The pizzeria first opened in Midtown Atlanta in 2014 before adding an Inman Park location three years later. Atlanta pizzeria Varuni Napoli is expanding outside the Perimeter for the first time. The newest eatery from restaurateur Luca Varuni is set to open this winter at High Street, the mixed-use district where Dunwoody meets Sandy Springs, according to an April 1 news release. Varuni has a long history in Atlanta's restaurant scene.

    The chef of an acclaimed Atlanta restaurant will be cooking at the largest Delta Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson. One of Delta's airport lounges will give travelers a taste of Peru by way of Atlanta. Delta Air Lines has partnered with Atlanta restaurant Tio Lucho’s and nonprofit Giving Kitchen to serve chef Arnaldo Castillo’s Peruvian cuisine in the Sky Club at Hartsfield-Jackson Atlanta International Airport gate B18. The Tio Lucho's Sky Club residency is part of Delta's "Local Flavor" program.

    One of the biggest names in denim — and fashion more broadly — is planning its third metro Atlanta store. Levi's, the original denim purveyor, is planning a third Atlanta store. San Francisco-based Levi Strauss & Co. will open a location inside Buckhead's Lenox Square shopping center, according to a building permit application filed with the city. The estimated cost of construction at the roughly 2,900-square-foot space will be approximately $75,000, per the filing.
