The Circuit Court for Harford County was filled again on a cold Maryland day as court went into session. We are expecting updates from our team in the courtroom later Tuesday. On Monday, a man and woman who discovered Morin's body and a Harford County Sheriff's deputy who responded after the 911 call came in testified before the court.
