CLEVELAND, Ohio - Brrr. This has been a really cold start to April, at least based on what we’ve become accustomed to in recent years. The average high so far this month has been a cool 52.3 degrees. That’s nearly 6 degrees below where we were at the same time last year, and 8 degrees below the average high for April 1 through April 9 in 2023, based on readings from Cleveland Hopkins International Airport.
