    KERSEY — In May of every year, Fox Township Elementary School students line the sidewalk in Kersey for a special cause –to honor the memory of fellow student Connor Bobik, who died from pediatric brain cancer in 2011. His mother, Diane Bobik, said this marked the 14th year for Alex’s Lemonade Stand. “The money goes to funding childhood cancer research, raising awareness and supporting families,” she said. In total, the initiative raised $5,037.52 this year.
