CADILLAC — The Michigan State Police is offering an opportunity for young drivers to learn defensive driving techniques in an upcoming class next month. Trooper David Skorka said the class is geared toward teens who have completed Level 1 driver’s education. It will be offered in two sessions on May 10 at the Wexford County Airport, 8040 34 Road.

The reports will involve the L-4023 and L-4024 forms. In Michigan, these are official documents used by the Department of Treasury to report equalized property values. The L-4023, Analysis for Equalization Valuations Ratios and Factors, is used to analyze property valuations.
