NCAA settlement ends Three separate federal antitrust lawsuits, all of which claimed the NCAA was illegally limiting the earning power of college athletes.

Columbia, SC (WOLO) —- The Columbia Police Department has arrested a teenager accused in a string of car break ins at multiple local hotels from May 28- June 1. The locations of those thefts included the Harbison area, the Southeast area of Columbia near Garners Ferry Road and the Northeast side of Columbia in the Candi Lane and River Drive areas.

Sumter, SC (WOLO) –The Sumter County Sheriff’s Office says they have arrested a man accused of holding a person inside of a residence against their will. According to authorities, 41 year old Ronald Lemar Brockington was involved in a domestic violence situation when deputies say he refused to let the victim leave a Greenville Circle home Monday night. Deputies tell us the victim who contacted them claimed they were bleeding and afraid Brockington was intending to kill them.

Sumter, SC (WOLO) — Two sumter men are in custody after a drug investigation by law enforcement. Sumter County deputies arrested David Howard and Anton Johnson yesterday after on drug distribution and possession charges after they discovered approximately 14 grams of crack cocaine, 26 grams of cocaine, and 216 grams of marijuana packaged for distribution.
