    RICHLAND COUNTY, S.C. (WOLO)– Richland County Sheriff’s Department says a woman has been arrested in connection with a DUI 1st offense. Deputies say they saw Brittany Williams driving in a reckless manner on Decker Blvd around 3 p.m. on Thursday, May 8. After conducting a traffic stop and making contact with Williams, deputies could smell the odor of alcohol coming from her, according to RCSD. Deputies performed field sobriety tests at the scene but Williams continued to show signs of impairment.
