MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - A cold front will move through the Mid-South tonight bringing rain and thunderstorms to much of the area. A few storms could be strong to severe and capable of producing damaging wind and hail. A drier pattern will follow along with increasing heat and humidity as summer begins Friday. TONIGHT: Rain and T’storms along with a South wind at 10 to 15 MPH and overnight lows in the lower 70s.

MEMPHIS, Tenn. (WMC) - Another day of scattered downpours in the Mid-South and there’s more to come. A slight chance of rain will linger overnight and through the day tomorrow, but strong to severe storms will be possible late Wednesday night into early Thursday. That will be followed by a dry, much warmer, and muggier pattern that will begin Friday and remain for several days.
