    Ford’s Garage, the burgers and craft beer restaurant, has signed a deal with franchisee FG Nova to expand into the northern part of Virginia, the company said.     City Roots Hospitality and restaurateur Guy Vaknin plan Reverie, a vegan dessert and cocktail bar, to open in May in New York City’s Williamsburg.     White Castle has launched a spring line of merchandise that includes an 8-foot-tall bouncy castle as well as other items such as pickleball sets, playing cards, lunchboxes and t-shrits, the company said Wednesday. The Columbus, Ohio-based brand introduced the new line of merchandise this week. “Our House of Crave merchandise team really outdid themselves for this spring 2025 collection,” amie Richardson, vice president at White Castle, said in a statement.
