LAREDO, Tex. (KGNS) - Melanie Duron has now added another award onto her decorated career so far as a Texas State Bobcat. The former Martin Tiger added another Sun Belt Title over the weekend taking the outdoor conference title with a new personal record of 17 point two six meters. That is the 3rd best throw in the schools history and makes Duron the first Bobcat to win back to back outdoor shot put championships.
