BETHEL — Bobby Manere, owner of Dogtown, the popular hot dog eatery in Milford, said he's excited to open a location of the restaurant in his hometown. "I grew up in Bethel. I graduated from Bethel High School in 2009 and then I moved back here when my kids were born. I was like, 'One day I’m going to find the right spot to open one here,'" said Manere, 34, about the business, at 4 Library Place, which opened Thursday.
