Stargazing is one of the most simple yet magical ways to spend an evening. Everything's bigger in Texas as we all know, so it's no surprise that our minds automatically go to things like giant steaks and huge pulled pork sandwiches. However, although those things are still quite popular among Texans, there's also a plant-based cuisine movement happening and growing in the Lone Star State.
