After a 2-1 vote Wednesday, the closing date for the building along Tecport Drive in Swatara Township was extended, and that comes at no extended cost for the county, according to commissioners.

$400,000 of taxpayer money is (basically) out the window. In December, Dauphin County voted to allocate $10.4 million to a building that was set to be a “one-stop shop” for county human services. Since December, nothings happened, and, as of now, nothing likely will. https://t.co/RfuqMoIT2J
