CLINTON, Ky., (KBSI) - A single-vehicle collision in Hickman County claimed the life of 1st Circuit Commonwealth's Attorney Mike Stacy, Kentucky State Police said. The crash occurred near the 3000 block of US-51 in Clinton at 3:21 p.m. CT. Stacy, 68, of Kevil, was traveling northbound when his 2018 Infinity Q50 left the roadway and struck a tree. Stacy was pronounced dead at the scene.

MCCRACKEN COUNTY, Ky., (KBSI) - McCracken County Public Schools has appointed Matt Houser as principal of Lone Oak Middle School, effective July 1. Houser began his education career as a classroom teacher at Hendron-Lone Oak Elementary School in 2006. He later served as assistant principal and principal at Lone Oak High School before its consolidation into McCracken County High School (MCHS). Houser served as assistant principal and principal at MCHS for five years.

The exhibit is a result of a partnership between Chick-fil-A and Discovery Playhouse. The community is invited to visit the new exhibit and share photos. A winner of four-day passes to play at Discovery Playhouse will be announced soon.
