From Menomonie to the Big Apple, recent UW-Stout graduate Sofia Morin is making a name for herself within the New York fashion world by honing her niche: leatherwork. When deciding where she wanted to continue her education after high school in Buffalo, Minnesota, and mentioning to her mom her interest in fashion, her mom suggested she look into UW-Stout as an option. “My mom was the guiding force,” Morin said.

Over the past two years, I have been slinging buckets at nearly 20 different performances at Volume One’s Sounds Like Summer Concert Series in Phoenix Park. And while it’s not something I would describe as “hard” work, I did it well. In fact, I walked around to many people sitting and listening to the summer music – up and down those hills at the Phoenix Park labyrinth, I may add – collecting about $1,600 for the local performers.

This makes it easy for consumers visiting the vineyard to know where to find the drinks they try and love. River Bend owners went to After Ten Agency, a marketing firm in Chippewa Falls owned by Mike and Allie Neary, who brought their ideas to life with the new branding.
