OCONEE COUNTY, S.C. (WSPA) – Two hikers who were reported missing late Friday night have been located, according to local officials. The Oconee County Sheriff’s Office said on Sunday search teams located Carrell Wayne Fowler and Sharon Kay Bramlett north of the Licklog Falls camping area near the Georgia and South Carolina state line.
