(WIAT) — Ralph Mitchell has lived in Trussville for most of his life, he said a proposed city-wide garbage and debris fee, that could initially range up to $29.90, is why he wanted to attend the city’s council workshop meeting. “I was very interested in seeing how the city council was going to handle the issue with garbage fees, and if maybe there was some other options they were willing to look at that could plug the revenue gap they have,” said Mitchell.
