BY STEFANIE JACKSON, Eastern Shore Post —The trial of the Atlantic woman who was charged with involuntary manslaughter in the vehicular death of Erika Bailey, 27, of Parksley, began in Accomack County Circuit Court Thursday, March 28. Jessica Greenley Waterfield, 36, also was charged with reckless driving and careless driving in the incident that killed Bailey and hospitalized her boyfriend, Duane Lee Turner, and 6-year-old daughter.
