BATON ROUGE, La. (BRPROUD) — Election Day in Louisiana is Tuesday, Nov. 5, and four candidates are looking to fill the seat for East Baton Rouge Metro Council District 2. All of the candidates in the race for EBR Metro Council District 2 are Democrats and they are Eugene Collins, Dina Johnson, Anthony Kenney and Tia Mills. They each filed to run for this position in July. Johnson and Mills are both educators, community advocates and leaders.
