LITTLE ROCK, Ark. β Happy Mother's Day to all mothers and mother-figures out there. Hopefully this weekend's rain hasn't put too much of a damper on the celebrations. We do have to get through one more day of rain on Monday before things change for the latter half of the week. A low pressure system will travel up the Mississippi River, bringing in scattered showers and storms before it moves east on Tuesday.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. β April has been a busy month for the Natural State, and it looks like we'll end the month similar to how we started. Monday will be a nice, tranquil day with highs approaching 90-degrees. A few stray showers can't be ruled out in northwest Arkansas, but we'll likely stay dry in central Arkansas, under partly sunny skies. Things will start to change by Tuesday, though. Here's the latest.

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. β We're not even halfway through the month, and April 2025 has already broken into the top 10 for wettest Aprils on record in Little Rock. As of April 13, April 2025 is ranked #6 on the list. Most of this rain was recorded between April 2 and April 5, and we've had a nice stretch of "quiet" weather since. However, nothing lasts forever, and our next chance of rain could be right around the corner.
