De Queen had the first points on the board, but it was a close one through the first quarter, tied at 12-12 by the end of it. But the Lady Leopards started to pull away, with a 30-20 lead at half.

LAKE CHARLES, La. (KTAL/KMSS) — Bossier overpowers Minden in the semifinals, 51-35, to punch their ticket to the state championship game. Both teams played a clean first half. The Bearkats found their rhythm early on taking a 22-11 lead at half. The Crimson Tide tried it’s best to chip away at the deficit, but Bossier ran away with this one, winning 51-35. Minden’s season comes to an end with an overall record of 22-4.
