From room to room, Troas Cleveland is always on the go at St. Francis Hospital Memphis. “My main objective is working the service desk, being a greeter, helping with staff, showing people how to get around the hospital, encouraging family members, sometimes holding a family member’s hand,” Cleveland said. As a former military nurse, Cleveland makes for the perfect volunteer at the hospital.
