(WFRV) – Sunday morning hundreds of humans and hounds put their feet and paws to the pavement in an effort to fundraise for the Wisconsin Humane Society Green Bay campus during the annual Pet Walk at Pamperin Park. “The funds that are raised today go toward helping our animals in our shelter. NEENAH, Wis. (WFRV) – Despite constant rain showers on a wet and dreary Wednesday, nothing could extinguish the Wisconsin Special Olympics torch making its way through the Fox Valley on its way to Whitewater, where the games will be held June 5–7. A dozen law enforcement agencies from the valley escorted the Olympic torch and the athletes taking part in the procession from Appleton to Neenah.
