With two-time defending Class 6A champion North Penn's early exit in this postseason, a new champion in guaranteed to be crowned. WPIAL champion Hempfield (22-1) is the No. 1 ranked team in Class 6A.

For those with fond memories of the 2015 US Open at Chambers Bay, Kemper Sports and Pierce County will be holding festivities celebrating the 10-year anniversary TODAY from 3-5 PM. On the South Range at Chambers Bay. No Jordan Spieth or Michael Greller, though (sorry ladies).
