The Midwest Athletic Conference announced their All-Conference Teams for both girls and boys track and field recently. The selections were based on first place finishes at the conference meet. Minster had a group of athletes receive All-MAC recognition. Minster’s Joanna Topp was an AllConference selection for winning the 1600-meter run and Wildcat teammate Maria Niekamp received recognition for winning the 3200-meter run.

Minster outfielder, Rylan Edwards recently signed a letter of intent to play baseball at Wright State Lake Campus. Last season, Edwards batted .274 and drove in 14 runs for the Wildcats who won both the MAC Title and a Sectional Championship. The Wildcats went During the summer, Edwards was a big part of the Minster ACME team that won the ACME State Championship. In a 3-0 victory over Van Wert in the Championship game, Edwards had three hits in four trips to the plate and drove in a run.
