The Public Service Enterprise Group filed for Temporary Right to Entry for the environmental surveys of 90 properties for the Maryland Piedmont Reliability Project. The PSEG said last week they would be filing through the courts if landowners did not voluntarily allow investigators onto their properties for the surveys. Joanne Frederick, a landowner and President of STOP MPRP, has been vocal about not being in favor of the project.
