The organization has announced their fundraiser for April 2025, ‘All Amped Up,’ featuring The New Montagues and The Bromantics. “We’re going to be having the event April 12, 2025, at the Mae Wilson Theatre,” explained Tara Jones, executive director with Moose Jaw Family Services.

    A much-loved annual fundraiser in support of the Moose Jaw Health Foundation is making a return in 2025. The 14th annual Little Princess Ball will be happening on Saturday, May 24 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m., and on Sunday, May 25 from 12 p.m. until 4 p.m., with the Moose Jaw Events Centre decorated to look like a magical wonderland.   The ball is an opportunity for children to dress up like royalty.

    Take in some festive fun with your young children at this year’s Winter Wonderland!  The free, come-and-go event is being put on by the Moose Jaw Health Foundation, with the help of the Moose Jaw Early Years Family Resource Centre, happening from 9 a.m. until 12 p.m. on Friday, Dec. 13. Wanda Peakman, coordinator of the Moose Jaw Early Years Family Resource Centre, invites all families and caregivers to attend.

    The Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow received 416 live Christmas trees for their annual sale this year, and they’re all sold out. The fundraiser started in the Moose Jaw Co-op Marketplace Gas Bar Lot on Nov. 22, with the group posting to social media on Tuesday that they were sold out. Whitlow Wyatt, member of the Rotary Club of Moose Jaw Wakamow’s Tree Committee, shared some details about the sale.

    SaskEnergy’s Tune-Up Assistance Program (TAP) for furnaces is open for applications until January 3, 2025. “TAP helps income-qualified homeowners maintain their natural gas furnaces for free,” explained Jodi Woollam, spokesperson with SaskEnergy. Annual furnace maintenance and replacing filters is a good way to reduce carbon monoxide risks and keep warm air successfully flowing as the mercury falls.
