WESTFIELD, NJ — On Thursday, Westfield’s municipal judge essentially threw out the ticket that made headlines in August, when a video posted on YouTube appeared to show a Westfield police officer giving a driver a false ticket in retaliation for flipping him the middle finger. Westfield Municipal Judge Parag Patel found driver Nathan Marianovsky not guilty due to reasonable doubt after hearing testimony and viewing a video Marianovsky shared of his dashcam footage from that night.
