Grain size pays a crucial role in the properties of ferroelectrics and dielectrics. Reducing the grain size is considered to be an effective mean for enhancing dielectric energy storage. In this work, high recovered energy storage density and efficiency were achieved in three-layered Aurivillius thin films by ultra-fine grain nano-crystalline engineering.

1,2,4-triazole-fused heterocycles constitute a significant class of heterocyclic compounds in organic chemistry, serving as key structure moieties in numerous biologically active compounds and pharmaceuticals (Scheme 1a) [1]. Additionally, they have widespread applications as materials for OLEDs, ligands, ionic liquids, and corrosion inhibitors [2]. Therefore, the synthesis of 1,2,4-triazole-fused heterocycles has been widely studied and a large number of synthetic methods have been developed [3].

The alarming increase of atmospheric carbon dioxide (CO2) concentrations since the industrial revolution has been unpredictable, exceeding historical levels to over 400 ppm [1], contributing to the intensification of global climate change. The foremost concern lies in the adverse environmental effects, including rising global temperatures, more frequent and severe weather events, and disruptions to ecosystems [2], [3].
