(KTAL/KMSS) – A prayer vigil was held outside Ochsner LSU Health, as a 7-year-old girl fights for her life after a tragic house fire took the lives of three of her family members in Shreveport’s Cooper Road neighborhood. The flames ripped through the home Sunday morning, claiming the lives of 84-year-old Mildred Carter, 56-year-old Eureka Garner, and 5-year-old Nevaeh Garner.
