3. Numerical Simulation Analysis 3.1. Establishment of the Numerical Calculation ModelIn order to study the stress and displacement distribution characteristics of the upper coal rock mass after the mining of coal seam 5#, based on the occurrence environment and mining technology conditions of the coal seam, FLAC3 D numerical simulation software was used to construct a three-dimensional numerical calculation model with a model size of 315 m × 280 m × 218.21 m (X × Y × Z).

Abstractγ-Tubulin ring complex (γ-TuRC) is the major microtubule-nucleating factor. After nucleation, microtubules can be released from γ-TuRC and stabilized by other proteins, such as CAMSAPs, but the biochemical cross-talk between minus-end regulation pathways is poorly understood. Here we reconstituted this process in vitro using purified components. We found that all CAMSAPs could bind to the minus ends of γ-TuRC-attached microtubules.
