WICHITA, Kan. (KSNW) — Farmers are bracing for dry conditions to continue as spring planting season comes around. The lack of rain has a trickle-down effect. Throughout parts of the state, we’ve seen drought conditions sticking around for the past few years. A farmer says the lack of rain isn’t just impacting his crop.
