Golf Digest is a monthly magazine focused on golf, published by Discovery, Inc. in the United States. It caters to a wide audience, discussing recreational golf as well as competitive play for both men and women. Condé Nast also puts out more niche publications like Golf for Women, Golf World, and Golf World Business. The magazine was first launched in 1950 and was acquired by The New York Times Company in 1969. Later, in 2001, The Times sold its magazine division to Condé Nast. Golf Digest operates from its headquarters in New York City. On May 13, 2019, Discovery, Inc. purchased Golf Digest from Condé Nast to enhance its offerings on GolfTV.
