Golf Magazine is a monthly publication dedicated to the sport of golf. It was founded in April 1959 by Universal Publishing and Distributing, which sold it to Times Mirror in 1972. In 2000, Time Inc. took ownership, and in 2018, Howard Milstein acquired it. From August 2006 to January 2007, it held the title of the most widely read golf magazine in the world. The magazine caters to golfers of all abilities, featuring expert advice from the top 100 golf instructors in America, interviews with well-known golfers, recommendations for affordable golf vacation destinations, and an annual review of golf clubs.
