Not great! The Los Angeles Angels are two games below .500, in a crowded American League wild card race and the halfway point of the season is rapidly approaching. While virtually every reputable publication has chocked the Angels up as sellers at the trade deadline, the team itself might view themselves as buyers if they continue to stay around the same win% in the next month.

Trouty just keeps on slugging for the HalosSince Mike Trout returned to the Angels' lineup after missing all but two games in May, he has looked more and more like the vintage version of himself. There's a lot of positive vibes surrounding Mike Trout right nowMike Trout is back and it's been beautiful. Angels fans were crestfallen when they saw their future first ballot Hall of Famer take yet another trip to the injured list for all but two games in May, but since he has recovered from his left knee issue he has looked more like himself than he did before he went down. The Halos are 9-7 since Trouty became the full-time DH, and he is slashing .316/.403/.439/.842 in those 16 games.
