By that time, the board of the town's Affordable Housing Trust hopes to have transferred the 1.75-acre lot to Northern Berkshire Habitat for Humanity, which plans to build a four-home Meadowlands Subdivision on the site.

Ben Jacob and Connor Devine each doubled in a four-hit attack for Post 68, which drew nine walks and took advantage of seven Wilbraham errors. Matthew Burega earned the win on the mound with four innings of work. Cam Harrington and Chase Wendling each pitched in relief.

STATE Cafe opened last year earlier in the season and was called 328North. They plan to be open until September.
