The Boston Marathon is notoriously difficult to get in to with fast qualification times: 3 hours for men and 3 hours and 30 minutes for women in the youngest age group of 18-34.

The space offers customers the opportunity to break a variety of smashable items, providing an "exhilarating way to relieve stress," according to a press release. It's one of many similar rage rooms around the country, which have gained popularity in recent years.

On Monday, April 21, thousands of runners from all corners of the globe will head to Hopkinton to start on their 26.2 mile trek through Greater Boston. The events will begin with military marchers at 6 a.m. on Marathon Monday before the wheelchair division hits the course just after 9 a.m. The professional men and women's heats will begin later that hour, and the rest of the runners will start their races after that.
