A man shot his stepbrother to death after he came their mom’s home to take her out for Mother’s Day, authorities in Texas say. The husband of a respected water polo coach who died earlier this year in a crash with a semi-truck is suing the State of Missouri claiming an improperly plowed highway led to her death. Colleen Lischwe, 35, on Jan. 15 was driving her 2011 Toyota Prius east on Interstate 44 when she had an issue that caused her to try and pull over to the shoulder. However, because there was snow from a recent storm on the shoulder, she could not move all the way over, the lawsuit filed May 8 said.
