    HIBBING—School is out for summer, and the City of Hibbing Parks and Recreation Department has once again partnered with local businesses and groups to provide weekly family-fun activities on Howard Street. “Hibbing on Howard” was introduced about three years ago, and offers eight free family fun for all ages on Mondays, from 5 to 7 p.m., from June 9 through July 28. Food trucks are available on site.
