These Slow Cooker Kielbasa bites are the easiest appetizer you’ll ever make with just 4 ingredients and less than 15 minutes of prep time. These are also known as candied kielbasa bites since the slow cooker turns out such a mouthwatering sauce that coats the slices of smoked sausage. They remind me a lot of my crockpot lil’ smokies appetizer or my slow cooker Hawaiian meatballs. If you’re looking for “easy,” this is it.

Tennessee Onions are an old fashioned Southern cheesy onion casserole that is an excellent side dish or a condiment for burgers and sandwiches. Tender onion slices and pools of melted cheese are seasoned generously and baked with a good amount of butter to create a creamy, cheesy onion casserole. Prepare the ribs by removing the thin membrane (silver skin) covering the bone. This prevents the ribs from curling as they cook and helps the pork to get tender. In a small bowl, combine the rub ingredients. Rub all sides of the ribs with rub mixture. Place the ribs in a large plastic zip bag and refrigerate overnight. In a small bowl, combine the barbecue sauce and apple butter; set aside. Cut the ribs into 2-rib portions to fit inside the slow cooker.
