Keith Looseley, 78, from Aberdeenshire, was driving a black Skoda Kamiq when it was involved in a collision with a white Iveco truck on the A96 Aberdeen to Elgin road on Wednesday, April 23.     A violent teenager who killed a bus driver is to have his SNP-backed free travel pass reinstated when he is released from prison, to the fury of the victim's family. Keith Rollinson, 58, died after being attacked by a drunk 15-year-old at a bus station in Elgin, Moray in February 2024. After initially being charged with murder, the killer admitted a charge of culpable homicide and, due to SNP sentencing guidelines that means lenient sentences for under 25s, will be around 21 when he is released.
