Named after the late city councilmember and advocate for families, Cheryl Chow Park opens Saturday, April 5 with a ribbon cutting ceremony, live entertainment, and snacks from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m.The 1.2-acre space located on South Charleston Street was previously a plot that was land banked by Seattle Parks and Rec in the early 2010s.
